Room is around 18 square meters with laminate flooring high ceilings and a big window on the south side that gets a lot of light so the room is very bright all day long. Its on a 3rd floor so relatively quiet. In the kitchen we have a electric stove, refrigerator but no washing machine. Also there is a balcony that is facing internal court yard. Ideal place for an afternoon beer.
Apartment location is great, close to the city but still far away to not hear the traffic, the bus line 121 is 2 minutes away and the Ubahn station is some 10 minutes away. It takes around 8-10 minutes to get to central station by bus. Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, are very close maybe 5-6 minutes on foot and Netto is 10 minutes away. Maschsee is just 15 minutes away on foot. Couple of fast food places are really close. Baba's restorant, Gold fish cafe and a couple of pizzerias are just around the corner.
My roommate Robin is leaving so I need a new roommate, who will have to speak at least a little English being that I just started learning German :). My name is Ivan I am 33 years old software developer love to watch / read sc/fi fiction and anything geek related. Hope to find an open minded roommate that is responsible but also relaxed so that we can get a beer once in a while. Love traveling and exploring Hanover and Germany on the weekends.
