Das Zimmer hat sehr schönen Dielenboden und eine Empore. Die Wände sind frisch gestrichen.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer durch die zwei großen Fenster sehr hell.
Die Miete beträgt warm 350€ zuzüglich Strom. Hinzu würde noch ein kleiner Betrag für das Internet kommen, das derzeit über mich läuft.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südstadt. In 5 Minuten erreicht ihr Edeka/ Dm/ einen Baumarkt/ Döner/ Bäcker etc.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Bushaltestelle St. Heinrich- Kirche, von dort aus seid ihr innerhalb von 6 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Zur Uni braucht ihr ca. 13 Minuten.
Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr umgänglich und es gab noch nie Stress :)
Dein zuküntiger Mitbewohner Jannis studiert Politikwissenschaften im ersten Semester. Er ist sehr unkomplizert und man sitzt auch mal zusammen in der Küche und spielt Karten oder trinkt ein Bier. Trotzdem ist es kein Problem, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte!
