Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für diese traumhaft schöne Wohnung. Sie liegt in der Südstadt mit Blick ins Grüne, ist gut angebunden, fußläufig zum Maschsee und im Umkreis von 500m gibt es alles, was man im täglichen Leben braucht (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants usw.)
Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand (2012 komplett renoviert) und daher wünsche ich mir, dass meinE zukünftiger MitbewohnerIn, die Wohnung ebenso liebt wie ich😊. Daher sollte u.a. auch ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit selbstverständlich sein.
Küche samt Grundausstattung (u.a. Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und am wichtigsten: einer Spülmaschine) ist bereits vorhanden, du musst dich hier also um nichts mehr kümmern😊
Falls ihr die Wohnung kennen lernen möchtet, schreibt mir gerne etwas über euch😊
Mit dem Rad ist man innerhalb von 6-8 Minuten in der Innenstadt. 😊
Zu mir: Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, berufstätig, gehe gerne auf Flohmärkte, vegetarisch (erwarte das aber nicht von meinem MitbewohnerIn) und kann mich sehr für Essen begeistern. Eine Zweck-WG ist ausdrücklich nicht
erwünscht. Das ein oder andere Glas Wein sollte schon drin sein 8-)
