Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken, 2 große Fenster und Dielenboden. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien eher überausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine. Im Tageslichtbad steht die Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne mit Dusche und Mega-Duschkopf. Der Balkon geht nach Süden zum Innenhof raus und wird zur Zeit von einer Weinrebe und einem Olivenbaum bewohnt. Außerdem hat das Haus einen handbetriebenen Lastenaufzug.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral an der Haltestelle Marienstr, alle Hochschulen sind direkt erreichbar. Rewe, Rossmann, Tankstelle sind um die Ecke.
Ein Mitbewohner macht ein Aufbaustudium (Geowissenschaften) und arbeitet nachts. Der andere arbeitet bereits. Dann gibt es noch einen freundlichen Hund. Wir suchen eine eher ruhige Person, gerne auch berufstätig. Ansonsten sind wir offen für vieles und für manchen Schabernack zu haben. Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch ich, sind eher rustikal, also nichts für Schickimickis oder Ordnungsfanatiker, dennoch legen wir Wert auf eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit.
