Die Lage der Wohnung ist ziemlich perfekt, sie liegt in der Maschstraße. Die U-Bahnstadion Aegidientorplatz ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort habt ihr auch perfekte Anbindungsmöglichkeiten zu weiter gelegenen Orten. Fast alle Straßenbahnlinien laufen dort durch, zum Beispiel:

3min zum Einkaufszentrum Kröpker
5min zur Lebniz Universität Hannover
15 min zur Messe/Expo

Our flat's location is simply perfect! The major subway/tram/bus Station Aegidientorplatz is only 2 min away by foot. From there you can get perfection connection to almost any station in Hannover. For example:
5min to the central train station
3min to the shopping center Kröpker
5min to the Leibniz University
15 min to the Messe/Expo

Within 5-10 min pleasant walk in our beautiful district , you can easily reach:
supermarkets, drogeries, backeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, snack bars

Despite the central location, our building is totally quiet enough, thanks to the location at a side-street. The flat is at the 4th floor. From this bright room with 6 windows, you can enjoy a great birdview over the lovely red roofs, the city hall Rathaus, the Landesmuseum, the landmark skyscraper of Hannover - Norddeutsche Landesbank, etc.

Wir sind eine junge, aufgeschlossene und sympathische WG.

Ich verlasse die WG deswegen suchen meine drei Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerin den/die passende Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für unsere WG :)

Die drei Mitbewohner sind alle hochgebildet, angestellt. Alle sprechen gut Englisch. Zwei sprechen Deutsch.

Trotz einer kein-Zweck WG, treffen und reden wir gerne mit einander. Ab und zu gemeinsame Kochen, Kino, Essen.

Da die WG löst am Ende April auf, kann das tolle Zimmer nur bis zum 30.04.2019 verfügbar.

This is a young, open-minded and sympathetic flat share.

As I will move out soon, my flat mates need to find the next flat mate to take over my room.

All the three flat mates are very nice, highly educated, have decent jobs. All three speak English. Two speak German.

Everyone has his/her own private space and peace at home, which is respected by all flat mates. Every now and then we meet up in the kitchen and enjoy a pleasant talk or cooking session with each other, etc.

Since the flat share will end at end of April, we can offer this bright room only till 30.04.2019.

IKEA Beddinge, hat ein Maß von Länge: 200 cm, Breite: 140 cm, Höhe: 42 cm. Tages 3er Sofa, Nachts Doppelbett. Das komplette Bettsofa kostet 50€, inkl.
1) ein robuster Rahmen aus Stahl, und dazu eingebautes Felderholz
2) eine komfortbale Matraze: die Matratze ist 12 cm stark.
3) ein schöner, weinroter Bezug: abnehmbar, maschinenwaschbar, mit 4 praktische, tiefeTaschen auf beiden Seiten

The IKEA Beddinge bedsoffa:
This bedsofa is in good condition. You can flexibly change it between a 3er-Sofa and a double bed. As doubled bed, it has size of: Length 200 cm, Width 140cm, Height42cm. The matress is 12 cm thick, comfortable for a good night sleep. The complete bed sofa offers everything, i.e. the complete frame, the mattress, the beautfiful wine red cover (washable, with side pockets).
