ich biete Dir hier ein helles 15m² großes Zimmer in meiner WG. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist bis auf dein Zimmer soweit eingerichtet, weshalb Du nur Dein Zimmer ausstatten musst. Den Rest darfst Du gern mitbenutzen.
Die Wohnung hat ausserdem auch einen kleinen Keller.
Die Lage in der hannoverschen Südstadt ist recht zentral. Die U-Bahn ist zu fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Südtstadt und insbesondere die Lage dieser Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Die Bewohner des Hauses, die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte, sind ebenfalls alle sehr freundlich.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Mensch und suche einen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner.
