Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 4er WG, wir sind 3 lockere und aufgeschlossene junge Berufstätige (Zahnarzt, Ingenieur und Kameramann), die unsere Karrieren und Lebenserfahrungen in Hannover erweitern möchten. Unsere WG befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und alle Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Supermärkte, Bus, Straßenbahn, Bibliothek, Park, Schwimmbad, sind ganz in der Nähe (jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Wir bieten ein ziemlich großes Zimmer für Studenten mit gemeinsamem Flur, Bad und Küche mit Balkon. Das Zimmer zur Miete ist sehr geräumig und hat 2 große Fenster zur Straße und ist die meiste Zeit des Jahres gut beleuchtet. Der Boden wurde renoviert und das Zimmer ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert, aber einige Möbel sind verhandelbar.
Wir sind sehr freundlich, leicht zu erreichen und bodenständig und haben Teilzeitpläne, so dass wir uns oft zum Abendessen in unserer gemeinsamen Küche treffen. Du sollst freundlich, respektvoll und lustig sein.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 4er WG, we are 3 easy-going and open minded young professionals (Dentist, Engineer and Cameraman) looking to widen our careers and life experiences in Hannover. Our WG sits close to the main station (10 min walk) and all services, including supermarkets, bus, tram, library, park, swimming pool are really close (5 min walk each).
We offer a fairly big room for subrent with shared hallway, bathroom and kitchen with balcony. The room for rent is very spacious and has 2 big windows facing the street and is well lit most of the year. The floor was renovated and the room is in very good conditions. The room is partially furnished but some of the furniture is negotiable.
We are very friendly, easy to approach and down to earth guys and have part-time schedules, so we meet often to dinner in our common kitchen. We look for a friendly, respectful and funny person.
