Hey :) ich suche so schnell wie möglich eine neue Mitbewohnerin zwischen 20 und 29 Jahren :) es sollte dich nicht stören, dass ich einen kleinen Hund habe der aber auch schon 9 Jahre ist, außerdem zocke ich sehr gerne und mein PC steht im Wohnzimmer und mein Freund kommt jedes 2te Wochenende zu besuch oder dann wenn es passt. Ich bin viel Zuhause und bin ziemlich ordentlich, räume immer meine Sachen weg etc und das erwarte ich natürlich auch von dir. Ich selbst bin Raucherin, rauche aber nur auf dem Balkon. Das Zimmer was ich anbiete, wird noch Weiß gestrichen. Es würden noch Internetkosten und Stromkosten hinzukommen. Das Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad nutzen wir natürlich zusammen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 77qm. Ansonsten, bin ich eine sehr humorvolle und offene Person, trinke keinen Alkohol und schmeiße keine Partys. Jeder hat hier sein Rückzugsort und gerne können wir mal zsm kochen oder einen Film etc schauen :). Hier ist es sehr ruhig aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Ärzte und ein Fitnessstudio sind vorhanden. Würde mich über ein Kennlernen freuen :)
