Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer Dachgeschosswohnung, welches mit einer kleineren Dachkammer verbunden ist. Also eigentlich 1,5 Zimmer. Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin hat hier z.B. ihr Bett und ihren Kleiderschrank untergebracht. Es gibt eine große Küche, ein Bad mit WC, einen Abstellraum und einen Fahrradschuppen.
Top Lage. Unmittelbare Nähe zu der Musikhochschule und zur Eilenriede. Man kann sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit der Bahn, oder auch mit dem Rad sehr schnell ins Zentrum fahren. Die MHH ist auch gut mit den Öffis oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Sehr entspannt. Keine Party-WG! Musiker sind herzlich willkommen.
Noch ein paar Worte zu meiner Person. Ich bin 28 Jahre alt und habe Wirtschaftspsychologie studiert. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Bratsche, gehe gern laufen und lese.
