16 m² Zimmer in 3er WG, Hannover Mitte

We live almost directly in the city centre, 3 different underground stations are 3-5 minutes walk away. As you get out of the door almost in the pedestrian zone, there are plenty of shopping facilities. Edeka, dm, Rewe and Denns Biomarkt are within walking distance.
In the other direction past the town hall to Lake Maschsee. You can also walk through the Maschpark in the green area.
Leibniz-Uni and Hannover University are 10 minutes by bike.
Due to the very central location, the parking situation is rather unfavorable. All parking spaces around us are paid during the day. But for our bikes there is a small courtyard. We also have a small basement compartment.
We live in 4. floor, there is no elevator, but you get used to the stairs;)

Wir wohnen fast direkt in der Innenstadt, 3 verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen sind 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Da man fast in der Fußgängerzone aus der Tür kommt gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Edeka, dm, Rewe und Denns Biomarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In die andere Richtung gehts am Rathaus vorbei zum Maschsee. Durch den Maschpark kann man auch gut im Grünen spazieren gehen.
Leibniz-Uni und Hochschule Hannover sind 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist die Parksituation eher ungünstig. Alle Parkplätze um uns herum sind tagsüber kostenpflichtig. Aber für unsere Fahrräder gibt es einen kleinen Innenhof. Außerdem haben wir ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Wir wohnen im 4. Stock, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, man gewöhnt sich aber an die Treppen ;)

Maya (21), Anjo (32) and Gerrit (22). Maya moves to a separate apartment in June, so her room will be after approx. 1 1/2 years now free.
Anjo works as an advisor for CO2 emissions calculation and enjoys playing various social games alongside laser day and football.
Gerrit makes judo performance sports at the Olympic base and also studies economic engineering at the Hanover University.
We are not a purpose WG and do not want to become any. Together we like to play social games like Dominion or go to the All-you-can-eat at the Asian around the corner. It is important that we understand each other well. We are busy in good time, but we like to talk about a variety of things together.

Otherwise, we want the WG to remain clean. We've got a WG app where everyone's got to clean. Being non-smoking is a must!

Zur Zeit wohnen hier Maya (21) , Anjo (32) und Gerrit (22). Maya zieht zum Juni in eine eigene Wohnung, somit wird ihr Zimmer nach ca. 1 1/2 Jahren jetzt frei.
Anjo arbeitet als Berater für CO2-Emissionsberechnung und spielt neben Lasertag und Fußball gerne diverse Gesellschaftsspiele.
Gerrit macht Judo-Leistungssport am Olympiastützpunkt und studiert daneben Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der Hochschule Hannover.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wollen auch keine werden. Gemeinsam spielen wir gerne mal Gesellschaftsspiele wie Dominion oder gehen zum All-you-can-eat beim Asiaten um die Ecke. Wichtig ist dass wir uns gut verstehen. Wir sind zwar zeitlich gut beschäftigt, aber quatschen gerne gemeinsam über die verschiedensten Dinge.

Ansonsten möchten wir das die WG einigermaßen sauber bleibt. Wir haben eine WG-App wo jeder mal mit putzen dran ist. Nichtraucher/in sein ist ein Muss!
