Mein Zimmer wird ab februar frei. Es ist super geräumig und hell, da ich ein Fenster Richtung osten und zwei Dachfenster gen Süden habe. Das zimmer ist bereits möbliert, Sessel und Bett gehört allerdings mir, kann aber gerne genutzt werden, solange ich weg bin.
Das Haus ist zu Fuß etwa 5 minuten von der Fussgängerzone entfernt in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem fahrrad benötigt man etwa 15 minuten zur Uni. Unsere Wohnung ist im 3 Stock - unter uns wohnen noch zwei Wgs. Entsprechend ist die Atmosphäre im Haus total nett und entspannt!
Du würdest zu pauline und lena ziehen. Die beiden sind gerade im ersten Semester. In der Wg herrscht eine harmonische Atmosphäre und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Jeder hat seinen Alltag, weshalb man auch gut Zeit für sich hat, aber allg. haven wir hier unsere türen eher offen :) Muss aber natürlich nicht!
Auf Anfrage können wir an der Dauer der Untermiete noch drehen :)
