Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Gardinenstangen sind vorhanden, ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer, ein Bad mit einer Duschkabine und eine Küche, die schon mit allen notwendig Sachen ausgestattet ist.
Außerdem stehen uns ein Dachboden, zwei Kellerräume und ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, sehr zentral zwischen der Innenstadt und der FH. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt jeweils in 10 Minuten.
Ich wohne bereits ein paar Jahre in Dithmarschen und mache momentan noch meine Ausbildung zur Medienkauffrau in Heide.
Für ein paar kleine Aktionen zum Feierabend bin ich immer offen, sei es zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder einfach zum Zusammensitzen und Quatschten.
Abzielen würde ich eher auf ein unkompliziertes WG-Leben (keine Zwecks-WG)
