Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer zentralen 4er WG für 6 Monate. (01.März 2021-01.September 2021; nach Absprache auch ein wenig früher) Derzeit wohne ich hier mit 2 Erstsemestern (1 männlich; 1 weiblich) und weil ich nächstes Semester ins Auslandspraktikum gehe, versuche ich mein Zimmer in der Zeit unterzuvermieten. Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Größe und wirkt super hell durch das große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist mit einem 160x200 m Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kommode, Spiegel und Kleiderstange ausgestattet. Persönliche Sachen räume ich für die Zeit raus, die Möbel lasse ich drin.
Die WG befindet sich in der Hamburger Straße. Das Stadtzentrum und der Bahnhof sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Fachhochschule fährt man ca 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
