Hey, ich bin Lea und studiere derzeit Sonderpädagogik an der PH. Weil ich nächstes Semester ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für diese Zeit einen Untermieter.
Es ist ein hübsches kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge, in der man aber bis zum Ende stehen kann. Es gibt ein eigenes Waschbecken im Zimmer. Da es zum Innenhof liegt, ist es auch abends immer schön ruhig.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist direkt an der Unteren und am Uniplatz und somit ist weder der Bus noch der Supermarkt, die Mensa oder eine Bar weit.
Eine WG mit acht Leuten mag nach viel klingen, es verteilt sich aber alles immer und es ist meistens relativ ruhig. Trotzdem ist immer jemand da, mit dem man quatschen oder zur Neckarwiese gehen kann.
WICHTIG: Da dies ein Studentenwohnheim ist, darf ich das Zimmer ausschließlich an Studenten vermieten!
Im Mietpreis ist bereits alles enthalten, außer dem WLAN und der Rundfunkfägebühr, das wird aber immer intern in der WG geklärt.

Hey, my name is Lea and I am studying special education at the PH at the moment. Next semester I am going abroad so I would like to give my room to somebody in this time.
Its a really beautifull small room with a sloping roof and our own sink and its in a student residence in the middle of old town.
You can get nearly everywhere by foot or bike and if not, there is a bus stop very close. You are also directly at the Untere Straße, where are lots of bars and restaurants.
IMPORTANT: Please recognice that, due to the fact that this is a student residence, I can give this room only to students studying at a university or Hochschule.
