5th WG new foundation 5er WG-Neugründung

The apartment is located in the middle of the old town, so super central. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are all just around the corner and within walking distance. The next supermarket is just a few minutes away. You can reach bus and rail stops quickly, so you can travel flexibly even without a car.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, also super zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind alle direkt um die Ecke und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen erreichst du schnell, sodass du auch ohne Auto flexibel unterwegs bist.

It is a 5th Wg new foundation. There are 4 rooms available. For each, you will find your own ad.

I'm looking for nice, open people who want to live together. Above all, I value that you can understand yourself well and have fun. It should therefore not be a Zweg-WG. It is important to me, however, that everyone can do his own thing and has enough room for themselves:)

Cleanliness is very important to me so that everyone feels comfortable. Just a certain amount of order.

I'm Teresa, 22 years old and I'm studying psychology in the second semester. I am a very open and communicative person.
I like to go to sports, listen to podcast or go out with friends. Drink the one or the other aperol :)

Es handelt sich um eine 5er Wg-Neugründung. Es werden insgesamt 4 Zimmer frei. Für jedes findet ihr eine eigene Anzeige.

Ich suche nette, offene Leute, die Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben haben. Vor allem lege ich Wert drauf, dass man sich gut versteht und auch Spaß haben kann. Es sollte somit keine Zweg-WG sein. Mir ist es allerdings wichtig, dass jeder sein eigenes Ding machen kann und genug Raum auch für sich hat:)

Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, damit sich alle wohlfühlen. Einfach ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung.

Dann kurz zu mir:)
Ich bin Teresa, 22 Jahre alt und studiere Psychologie im 2. Semester. Ich bin ein sehr offener und kommunikativer Mensch.
Als Augleich gehe ich gerne zum Sport, höre Podcast oder gehe gerne mit Freunden raus. Mal den einen oder anderen Aperol trinken :)

Since it is a re-establishment, some things have to be concerned, that I would take, take Bon and at the end share through 5. Since I upload the ad before I get the stuff, I can't say anything at exact prices yet, but it's probably not going to be a lot, as we share it through 5 and there's already a lot. Please write in your message if you agree with it and also if you can bring something:-)

The furniture on the photos belong to the current tenant and are all taken out.

Electricity, Internet, GEZ will run over me and then also shared.


So that it does not lead to confusion with the various ads. There are 4 rooms free and one of them (room 5) is limited, as on 01.09. a friend of mine enters the WG. As we live with her from September, Rosa will also be with the castings:)

I (Rosa) will kill the room, so you don't have to worry about any furniture.
In addition, I will take over 1/5 of the total purchases, so you don't have to either participate or take care of them.

You can also apply in a message to all rooms, only pay attention to the deadline at room 5.

Da es sich um eine Neugründung handelt müssen einige Dinge besorgt werden, das würde ich übernehmen, Bon mitnehmen und am Ende durch 5 teilen. Da ich die Anzeige hochlade bevor ich die Sachen besorgt haben, kann ich noch nichts zu genauen Preisen sagen, aber es wird sich voraussichtlich nicht um viel handeln, da wir es durch 5 teilen und auch schon einiges vorhanden ist. Bitte schreibt in eure Nachricht rein ob ihr damit einverstanden seid und auch gerne ob ihr auch etwas mitbringen könnt:-)

Die Möbel auf den Fotos gehören dem aktuellen Mieter und werden alle raus genommen.

Strom, Internet, GEZ wird über mich laufen und dann auch geteilt.


Damit es nicht zur Vewirrung führt mit den verschiedenen Anzeigen. Es werden 4 Zimmer frei und eins davon (Zimmer 5) ist befristet, da am 01.09. eine Freundin von mir in die WG einzieht. Da wir ab September mit ihr zusammenwohnen wird Rosa bei den Castings auch dabei sein:)

Ich (Rosa) werde das Zimmer möblieren, du musst dich also um keine Möbel kümmern.
Außerdem werde ich 1/5 von den Gesamtanschaffungen übernehmen, da musst du dich also auch weder beteiligen noch drum kümmern. :-)

Ihr könnt euch auch in einer Nachricht auf alle Zimmer bewerben, beachtet nur dann die Befristung bei Zimmer 5.
