The room which was previously advertised will be occupied by another person already living in the apartment - her room will then be free.
The newly available room is shown in the current pictures, and will be left with most of the furniture. The price to take over the room will be around 400 euros (mostly due to the bed, which had to be built inside the room and constitutes 90% of this price).
German:
Dadurch, dass unsere WG in einer Seitenstraße der Hauptstraße Richtung Neckar liegt, bekommt man vom nächtlichen „Trubel“ der Unteren nichts mit. Du bist jedoch innerhalb von ca. 7 Minuten dort, in 7 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und innerhalb von 5 Minuten liegen UB/ Neue Uni/ kleiner Supermarkt. 7 Minuten zum Penny, ca. 10 Minuten zum REWE/Pfitzenmeier & nächste Bushaltestelle in 2 Minuten (Kongresshaus)… kurz: Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!
English:
The WG is in a perfect location, between the Hauptstraße and the Neckar, far enough from the Untere not to be bothered by the noise yet close enough so that you can reach everything in very short time. It takes around 7 minutes on foot to get to the Untere and roughly the same time to Bismackplatz. Around 5 minutes for UB/Neue Uni/Supermarket. 7 Minutes from Penny, 10 ca. from REWE/Pfitzenmeier and 2 minutes from the closest bus stop (Kongresshaus).
German:
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Carla (22, Kellnerin/Lehramt), Aylin (25, Islamwissenschaften & Deutsch), Tabea (25, Psychologie) und Markus (29, Physiotherapie).
Wir sind eine sehr lustige WG, ab und an wird in der Küche zusammen gekocht oder der ein oder andere Meloni/Bier getrunken. Dadurch, dass wir alles arbeiten, hat man trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sind wir eine sehr offene und unkomplizierte WG - mitten in der Altstadt!

Your new roommates will be Carla (22, Teacher/Bartender), Aylin (25, Islam sciences & German), Tabea (25, Psychology) und Markus (29, Physiotherapy). We generally cook/go out/ get drunk together, but since most of us are already working everyone is also very respectful of other people's need for quiet and rest. The WG life here is very easy-going.
