I am founding a new 4-room-flat share in a flat in Altstadt. The flat used to be a flat share before and will be rented once more for two years. It's located on the top floor below the roof, the flats underneath are used as office space, hence the place is fairly quiet.
Rooms vary in size, so the total costs (about 1100 Euros) would be spread between the four parties living there. Total size of the flat is 88 square meters. There is a fifth, relatively small room that could be used for something else.

Ich gründe eine neue 4-Zimmer-WG in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war vorher schon mal eine WG und wird jetzt nochmal befristet für zwei Jahre vermietet. Sie befindet sich im Obergeschoss unterm Dach, drunter sind nur zwei Firmen, deshalb ist sie sehr ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, und die Gesamtkosten (ca 1100 Euro) verteilen sich dann entsprechend auf vier Personen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 88qm groß. Es gibt noch ein fünftes, relativ kleines Zimmer, was man ggf. anders nutzen kann.
The flat is located in Akademiestr, about 5 minutes from Bismarckplatz, so there is great possibilities for shopping and public transportation is very close.

Die Wohnung in der Akademiestr., ca. 5 Minuten vom Bismarckplatz entfernt, also gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung.
I would like to have a lively flat share where people also enjoy doing things together (like cooking, maybe make music) - on the other hand I have a full-time job, so I cannot party until 5 every day :-)

Ich hätte gerne eine lebendige WG, wo die Leute auch mal gerne Sachen zusammen machen (z.B. Kochen, ggf. Musik). Allerdings arbeite ich auch Vollzeit und kann nicht jeden Tag bis 5 Uhr Party machen :-)
Additional costs (heating, water etc) are charged as a lump sum by the landlord.
There is nothing in the flat right now, a kitchen must be mounted again as well. If someone enjoys such manual tasks/is good at basic craftsmanship that would be great.

Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser etc) werden vom Vermieter durch eine Pauschale abgerechnet.
Momentan ist nichts drin in der Wohnung, man müsste auch wieder eine Küche einbauen. Wenn jemand Spaß an sowas hat/handwerklich geschickt ist, wäre das super.
