The flat has 2 rooms one of them is around 20msq(450Euro) and the other one is around 25msq(410Euro). The flat is at the entrace floor. From the foor you directly come to the garden. It is amazing during summer time.
The flat is exactly at the Peterskirche Haltestelle. 3 minutes by foot to Uni-Bib. In front of the flat the buses 32,33,20 are passing by. Super central location.
We are currently living 2 people here and both of us are moving out so the flat will be empty. It can be rented up to 2 people. Either as a WG, couples or singles.
In September the landlord is going to do some renovation in the flat. Painting the walls, changing some windows. Maybe even parkett but that is not sure yet.
At the moment we are paying 860 euros for the whole flat. Electricity, heating, internet included. The landlord is going to increase the rent around 10 euro.
The furniture can be taking over if desired. Otherwise the flat will be empty.
