Das Zimmer ist 19 Quadratmeter groß, nach Süden gerichtet und tagsüber lichtdurchflutet. Die gesamte Wohnung ist in wunderschönem Altbaustil, mit sehr hohen Decken und Parkettboden.
Wir haben eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine, das Bad wurde vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviert. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Balkon.
Im Haus sind noch zwei weitere Studenten WGs.
Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt (auf halbem Weg zwischen Bismarckplatz und Universitätsplatz) könnte nicht besser sein! Zu Fuß läuft man 3 min zur Unibib, 2 min zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und 5 min zum Bismarckplatz. Am Neckar ist man ebenfalls in 2 min.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Consti und ich (Sophie). Ich studiere im 7. Semester Medizin, Consti im 1. Semester Jura.
Unsere WG stellt sich jetzt neu zusammen und wir freuen uns auf dich!
