In der WG sind aktuell zwei Zimmer frei, für die beide Mitbewohner*innen gesucht werden. Das eine Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß, das andere ist etwas kleiner (ca. 12 qm), hat allerdings einen Balkon mit Neckarblick. Je nachdem ob und wann beide Zimmer vergeben werden, kann sich die Miete noch verringern.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Wohnung mit Neckarblick liegt im Herzen der Altstadt, sodass die Untere, die Hauptstraße und viele Unigebäude nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt sind. Bushaltestellen sind auch in unter 2 Minuten zu erreichen und der S-Bahnhof Altstadt ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Am Neckar ist man in unter einer MInute.
Seit April wohnt Lukas (Physik-Student, 26) in der Wohnung, der nun eine WG gründen möchte. Es soll auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG werden, ideal wäre ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben, bei dem man auch mal zusammen kocht, was spielt, mit Freund*innen ein wenig feiert, etc. Melde dich gerne, wenn du Lust auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben hast!
