freut mich, dass du Interesse an meinem Angebot hast!
Ich (Antonia/Jura-Ersti) gründe eine WG und suche dafür zwei nette Mädels. Einzug ist ab 5. März möglich. Nach Absprache auch später.
Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage der Altstadt (200m zur alten Brücke), ist 100qm groß, top renoviert und einfach echt schön.
Traumhaftes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und viel Abstellfläche, hohe Decken, bodentiefe Fenster, helle Zimmer und eine große moderne Küche mit wirklich allen Geräten (Backofen, Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und Dunstabzug). In der kompletten Wohnung ist Fußbodenheizung.
Ich beziehe ein Zimmer, zwei weitere Zimmer möchte ich vermieten. Eines davon ist etwa 18qm, das andere etwa 25qm groß. Aber eigentlich ist die Größe des einzelnen Zimmers gar nicht so wichtig, da die Gemeinschaftsfläche wirklich riesig ist!
Mir ist wichtig, dass es menschlich passt und wir in der WG die richtige Mischung aus „zusammen“ und Privatsphäre haben. Wenn du Interesse und/oder weitere Fragen hast, melde dich gerne bei mir. Gerne auch schon mit einigen Infos zu dir!
