Liebe WG-Suchende,
zum 1.07. ziehe ich aus meinem Zimmer in der Altstadt aus. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, ein Regal mit Komöde, ein Regalbretter an der Wand, ein Schränkchen über dem Waschbecken) und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Gasse. Die Möbel gehören zum Zimmer, du kannst sie also einfach übernehmen :)
Es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad, das jede Woche gereinigt wird, einen Kühlschrank teilen wir uns, und außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine für alle
Die 400€ sind warm; einen Fahrradstellplatz haben wir im Foyer.

I will be moving out at the end of April. So my room in Altstadt flatshare will be vacant. The room is furnished (wardrobe, bookshelf, cosmtics shell with mirror, shelf with a cabinet and bed). It has a big window with a beautiful view.
In our flat we share bathroom, small common space, fridge, big wardrobe and microwave. There is also washingmashine on the 1.st floor. There is also a place where you can leave your bike;)
The rent is 400€ with internet, heating, etc inclusive.
Die Lage ist wirklich optimal (und wunderschön)! Du wohnst direkt an der Heiliggestkirche und brauchst circa 3-5 Minuten zum Uniplatz, zur Unibib und zur Mensa.
Du bist sehr schnell am Uniplatz, um den Bus ins Neuenheimer Feld zu nehmen. Der Altstadtbahnhof mit S-Bahn-Anschluss ist auch in der Nähe (10-15 Gehminuten).
The localization is perfect and very beutiful! It's almost in the Marktplatz. And you need arond 3-5 minutes to reach Uniplatz, Bibliothek or Canteen.
You can get to Uniplatz very quickly and there you have a lot of busses that will take you to Neuenheim or other parts of Heidelberg. The Altstadt-Bahnhof for suburban trains is only 8 minutes away:)
Die Mädels sind allesamt super liebe und offene Menschen! Im Moment studieren alle (es sind viele Fachrichtungen dabei, Übersetzungswissenschaft, Biowissenschaften, Jura), du musst aber nicht studieren, um in die WG zu ziehen.
Es haben alle sehr unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten, trotzdem essen wir auch gerne einmal abends zusammen und diskutieren über alles mögliche, oder gehen gemeinsam zum lernen in die Bib :) Wenn du eher ruhig und gerne für dich bist, ist das aber auch gar kein Problem.
In our flatshare live lovely girls. They study very different subjects (Translation, Medizin, Law...) butyou don't have to be a student to live here;)
Everyone has lectures and work in different time, but we still manage to meet, cook something together and talk all night long;) sometimes we go together to the library or Cave. But if you would rather just stay alone, that is also not a problem.
