16 m² Zimmmer in 3er Wg in Altstadt

Mit ca. 16 Quadratmetern ist es das kleinste Zimmer in der WG. Durch die hohen Decken wirkt das Zimmer recht groß. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet, mit einem 1,4m Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch und Schrank, sowie einem Kallax Regal und eine gemütliche Leseecke. Vom Schreibtisch aus kann man das Heidelberger Schloss sehen.

Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus mit schönen hohen Decken (ca. 3m).
Die Zimmerfenster sind gegen Süden ausgerichtet, wodurch viel Sonne in die Räume scheint. Im Sommer wird es trotzdem nicht zu heiß. Die Küche hat eine komplette Grundausstattung mit eingebautem Herd, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, sowie zusätlich eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien, wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Backformen, etc. sind auch vorhanden.

Im Flur befindet sich ein großer Klapptisch, Klapptstühle, eine Bank und ein Getränkekühlschrank, wodurch einem entspannten Abend mit Freunden nichts im Wege steht.

Zusätlich zur Wohnung gibt es einen gemeinsamen Garten mit den anderen Bewohnern des Hauses. Gerade dieser ist ein Highlight der Wohnung da er abgesehen von Vogelgezwitscher sehr ruhig ist.

Das Bad der Wohnung wird momentan renoviert und wird vorraussichtlich Mitte August fertiggestellt sein. In den Bildern ist eines vom Bad vor der Renovierung dabei. Zudem ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden.

Bei der Wohnung ist auch ein kleiner Kelleraum dabei, der allerdings schon recht voll steht.

With about 16 square meters it is the smallest room in the shared flat. Due to the high ceilings, the room seems quite large. It is fully furnished, with a 1.4m bed, a large desk and closet, as well as a Kallax shelf and a cozy reading corner. From the desk you can see the Heidelberg Castle.

The WG is located on the first floor of an old building with beautiful high ceilings (about 3m).
The room windows are facing south, which means that a lot of sun shines into the rooms. Nevertheless, it does not get too hot in the summer. The kitchen has a complete basic equipment with built-in stove, oven and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as an additional microwave and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils, such as pots, pans, cutlery, baking dishes, etc. are also available.

In the hallway is a large folding table, folding chairs, a bench and a drinks fridge, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing evening with friends.

In addition to the apartment there is a shared garden with the other residents of the house. Especially this is a highlight of the apartment as it is very quiet apart from birdsong.

The bathroom of the apartment is currently being renovated and is expected to be completed in mid-August. In the pictures there is one of the bathroom before the renovation. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

With the apartment is also a small basement room, but it is already quite full.
