Your new home will have around 105 square meters, which is always enough for three persons. Your room (10 square meters) is bright and directed to a calm courtyard with a balcony you will share with your flatmate Giovanni.
We have another balcony accessible from our big living room/ kitchen area. We have two bathrooms (a small one only with a toilet and a big one fully furnished), a big kitchen with kitchen island, dishwasher, washing machine, a cellar, Sofa, all kinds of kitchen stuff, wooden floor, a lovely rooftop... And very friendly flatmates!
For the common things such as the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Sofa, racks, and a f**g big gas grill machine XD. You will have to pay 1000 € on top of the deposit. You will get that money from the next person when you move out.

The flat is located in Bahnstadt; you reach the next tram station in four minutes, and the train station is only 15 minutes on foot. In the area, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, a free fitness and sports park, and you can quickly go out to the fields...
Your new flatmates are very welcoming, sporty, and not complicated at all. They like cooking and sharing the evening during the working days. Walid works as a sustainability manager and loves to play badminton.
Giovanni works as a PostDoc in experimental physics; he likes running, cycling and trying new sports.
Clara is leaving the flat for her next travel adventure.
We like to spend time together, having dinner, doing sports, listening to music and dancing in the living room with friends - you must see our Sunday dinner party organized by Walid - relaxing and discussing on the balcony... So we are searching for someone who also likes to spend time together. Nevertheless, we understand personal space, and we respect each other. The common area must be livable for everybody. This is why we really care about keeping the flat tidy and clean !!!
We are looking preferably for female candidates to have a good gender balance, but we will consider every applicant.
