Hi, I am subletting my 2 Person WG in the student dorm by Studierendenwerk. The apartment includes a bathroom and a kitchen which will be shared with one person. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a bed, study-table, dinner table, office chair, electric stove, microwave, a lot of storage area , mirror and a fridge. The only requirement for the subleasing tenant is that they need to be enrolled at University of Heidelberg or PH Heidelberg. You will get a contract for sublease from the Studierendenwerk which can also be used for city-registration, if needed. I have also bought some furniture (carpet, water boiler, laundry basket, kitchen utensils etc) with a fee I can also leave them in the apartment. I can also pay the radio tax for the renter and save him/her from trouble, which costs 18Euro.
Monthly rent is 220 EURO and for the entire duration 330 EURO.
The apartment is in Eppelheimer Str. 52. The tram station is in front of the dormitory. By tram, it takes 11 min to Bismarckplatz/ city center and the campus in INF 20 min. Supermarkt is 5 min by walk and a tram station (1 min) away. The dormitory has also a bar. :)
