Da meine Mitbewohnerin für ihr PhD wegzieht, wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer mit Laminatboden ist ca. 16 m² groß und nicht möbliert. In der 3er WG, die sich in Bergheim befindet, gibt es außerdem ein schönes Wohn- und Esszimmer, das zu gemütlichen WG-Abenden einlädt, eine geräumige Küche und zwei Balkons (einen großen, gemütlichen nach hinten raus und einen kleinen zur Straße hin). Wir haben außerdem eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, einem Backofen/Herd und allerlei Ausstattung sowie ein Bad mit Wanne und ein separates WC. Das Zimmer geht nach Süden zur Bergheimner Straße raus und ist daher sehr hell - die Straßenbahn ist aber natürlich hörbar. Also, falls du sehr geräuschempfindlich bist, könnte es dir zu laut sein.
As my flatmate is moving away for her PhD, we have a room available in our shared flat. The room with laminate flooring is approx. 16 m² and is not furnished. In the 3-person shared flat, which is located in Bergheim, there is also a nice living and dining room, which invites you to cosy shared evenings, a spacious kitchen and two balconies (a large, cosy one to the back and a small one to the street). We also have a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/stove and all kinds of equipment, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The room faces south towards Bergheimer Straße and is therefore very bright - but the tram is of course audible. So, if you are very sensitive to noise, it might be too loud for you.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Mit dem Rad ist man von hier in 5 Minuten im Neuenheimer Feld und in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig nur 5 Minuten entfernt und eine Haltestelle, von der mehrere Bus- und Bahnlinien fahren, liegt direkt vor der Haustür. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich diverse Bäcker, Supermärkte (Kaufland, Riesen-Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, etc.) und weitere Geschäfte. Außerdem ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Neckar, der zum Joggen oder Spazieren einlädt.
The location is super central. By bike, you can be in Neuenheimer Feld in 5 minutes and in the old town in 10 minutes. The main train station is only a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with several bus and train lines is right outside the front door. There are various bakers, supermarkets (Kaufland, Riesen-Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, etc.) and other shops in the immediate vicinity. In addition, you can walk to the Neckar River in 5 minutes, which invites you to go jogging or for a walk.
Du teilst die WG mit mir (Veit) und Pelin. Ich bin Geographiestudent in den letzten Zügen und Pelin macht ihr PhD am DKFZ. Da Pelin aus der Türkei kommt, sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch - sie lernt aber gerade auch Deutsch. Wir sind beide aufgeschlossen, ordentlich, sauber und entspannt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam. Wir laden auch gerne mal Freunde zum Essen oder zu Spieleabenden ein. Aber natürlich ist es auch kein Problem wenn man mal Ruhe oder Zeit für sich braucht.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der jede Woche rotiert. Dir sollte Sauberkeit also kein Fremdwort sein :D.
You share the flat with me (Veit) and Pelin. I'm a geography student in the final stages and Pelin is doing her PhD at the DKFZ. Since Pelin comes from Turkey, we speak mainly English - but she is also learning German. We are both open-minded, neat, clean and relaxed. We are not a "purpose-built" flat-share and like to cook and eat together. We also like to invite friends over for dinner or game nights. But of course it's no problem if you need some quiet time or time for yourself.
We have a cleaning schedule that rotates every week. So you should be no stranger to cleanliness :D.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 400€ Warmmiete + 29€ Strom + 10€ Internet + ca. 6€ GEZ.
