Das gemütliche Zimmer im wunderschön sanierten Altbau befindet sich im Hochparterre zum ruhigen Innenhof des Hauses gelegen. Es besteht direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Hochbett und es sind bereits ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.
Vor dem Haus befindet sich noch ein kleiner Vorgarten mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Fahrradparkplätzen. Im Innenhof befinden sich zudem noch überdachte Fahrradparkplätze. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein abschließbarer Kellerraum und es gibt eine große Waschküche, wo bereits Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden sind.
Die Terrasse zum ruhigen Innenhof ist nur von deinem Zimmer aus zugänglich. Sie soll gerne auch gemeinsam genutzt werden, daher wäre es wichtig, dass ihr euch gut versteht.

The cozy room in the beautifully renovated old building is located on the raised first floor to the quiet courtyard of the house. There is direct access to the terrace. The room has a large loft bed and there is already a desk with chair and a closet.
In front of the house is a small front garden with seating possibility and bicycle parking. In the courtyard there is also covered bicycle parking. With the apartment comes a lockable basement room as well and there is a large laundry room, where already washing machine and dryer are available.
The terrace to the quiet courtyard is only accessible from your room. It can gladly be used as a community balcony too, therefore it would be important that you get along well with your flatmate.

Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral ist die Wohnung in einer Parallelstrasse zur Bergheimer Strasse gelegen.
Der Stadtteil Bergheim-Ost grenzt im Norden direkt an den Neckar, im Westen an die Altstadt und im Süden an die Weststadt. Im ehemals eher industriell geprägten Bergheim dominieren heute sanierte Altbauwohnungen, Einrichtungen der Universität, Restaurants und Cafés. Vor allem der Bereich entlang der Bergheimer Straße hat sich in den letzten Jahren durch spürbare Gentrifizierung zu einem beliebten Szeneviertel der Stadt entwickelt.

Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle "Volkshochschule" ist in 3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.
Der Bismarckplatz und der Hauptbahnhof sind mit dem Fahrrad in 4 Minuten erreicht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind Kaufland, Rossmann, Aldi und Rewe (1-3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).
Das Freibad ist nur 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

Very quiet and yet central, the apartment is located in a parallel street to Bergheimer Strasse.
The Bergheim-Ost district borders directly on the Neckar River to the north, the Old Town to the west and the West Town to the south. Bergheim, which used to be rather industrial, is now dominated by renovated old apartments, university facilities, restaurants and cafés. Especially the area along Bergheimer Straße has developed into a popular trendy district of the city in recent years due to noticeable gentrification.

The tram stop "Volkshochschule" is within 3 minutes walking distance.
Bismarckplatz and the main train station can be reached by bike in 4 minutes.
