Die wunderschöne Altbauwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist insgesamt 75 m2 groß. In der WG werden die Küche, das Bad und das Wohnzimmer geteilt. Neben meinem Zimmer (16 m2) und dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin gibt es eine sehr große und voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Bad (mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine), ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful old building and has a total area of 75 m2. In the flat the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room are shared. Next to my room (16 m2) and my roommate's room there is a very large and fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (with bathtub, shower and washing machine), a shared living room and a small storage room.
Die WG liegt im Heidelberger Stadtteil Bergheim, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es gerade mal 4 Minuten zu Fuß und auch mehrere andere Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind ganz in der Nähe.
Die verschiedenen Fakultäten der Universität und auch die Heidelberger Altstadt sind jeweils mit der Straßenbahn in 15 Minuten oder mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 8 Minuten gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Umgebung (Edeka 10 min Fußweg, Aldi 11 min Fußweg, Alnatura 11 min Fußweg).

The apartment is located in Heidelberg - Bergheim, very central yet quiet. The main train station is only a 4 minute walk away and several other tram and bus stops are also very close.
The various faculties of the University of Heidelberg and the old town can be reached quickly and easily by tram in 15 minutes or by bicycle in about 8 minutes. There are also shops in the area (Edeka 10 minutes walk, Aldi 11 minutes walk, Alnatura 11 minutes walk).
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Fabi, sie ist 21 und studiert Biologie. Wir kochen fast jeden Abend und unternehmen viel zusammen.

Your future roommate is Fabi, 21 years old and studying biology. We cook almost every night and do a lot together.
Da ich ein ERASMUS-Semester im Ausland verbringe, möchte ich mein Zimmer in Heidelberg für diese Zeit untervermieten. Der angegebene Zeitraum (01.02. bis 31.08.2023) entspricht der Zeit, die ich im Ausland bin, bei Interesse kann auch eine etwas längere Mietdauer vereinbart werden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 670€, darin sind alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, …) und Highspeed-Internet enthalten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und auch sonst ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Innenhof gibt es die Möglichkeit zum Anschließen von Fahrrädern.

As I spend an ERASMUS semester abroad, I would like to sublet my room in Heidelberg for this period. The specified period corresponds to the time I’m abroad, if interested, a slightly longer rental period is also possible.
The warm rent is 670€, it includes all extra costs (water, electricity, heating, . . . ) and high-speed internet. The room is furnished and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can park your bike in the courtyard.
