Selina, Moritz and Vera leave the WG to take new paths, so the WG (4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom) is recast by me, as I continue studying in Heidelberg (for me there is still personal in WG life).

The apartment is located in a multi-family house in the beautiful Dossenheim in the 1st OG. In the apartment below us there is also a WG. The house includes a beautiful garden where you can grill well in summer. The room is itself 11sqm large, but directly connected is a conservatory with a beautiful view of the Waldberge, where there is enough space to set up nicely. One of the rooms has a balcony where you can sit well in the summer. The kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher. I still have a closet and a bed standing there, which I would have if necessary reselled for 50 € and standing in.

Selina, Moritz und Vera verlassen die WG um neue Wege einzuschlagen, daher wird die WG (4 Zimmer, Küche und Bad) von mir neu gecastet, da ich doch in Heidelberg weiterstudiere (zu mir gibts in WG-Leben noch persönliches).

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im schönen Dossenheim im 1. OG. In der Wohnung unter uns befindet sich ebenfalls eine WG. Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Garten, in dem man im Sommer gut grillen kann. Das Zimmer ist selbst 11qm groß, aber direkt angeschlossen ist ein Wintergarten mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Waldberge, wodurch genug Platz vorhanden ist, um sich schön einrichten zu können. An eines des Zimmer grenzt ein Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer gut sitzen kann. Die Küche ist mit einer nigelnagelneuen Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Ich habe noch einen Schrank und ein Bett dort stehen, was ich bei Bedarf für jeweils 50 € weiterverkaufen und drinstehen lassen würde.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Dossenheim Nord tram stop, where you can take lines 5 and 25. You can also get to Heidelberg by bike and car. Parking is available in front of the house and on the street for free. Shops are also easily accessible on foot: in about 5 minutes. Distances are Kaufland, dm, but also a pharmacy.
Right behind the house are the wine fields as well as the forest you see from the conservatory (last photo), perfect for shutting off, jogging, picnic...
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Dossenheim Nord entfernt, wo man die Linien 5 und 25 nehmen kann. Mit Rad und Auto kommt man ebenfalls gut nach Heidelberg. Parkplätze stehen vor dem Haus und an der Straße kostenlos zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar: in ca. 5 min. Entfernung liegen Kaufland, dm, aber auch eine Apotheke.
Direkt hinter dem Haus liegen die Weinfelder sowie der Wald, den man aus dem Wintergarten sieht (letztes Foto), perfekt zum Abschalten, Joggen, Picknicken...
Update: I, Roman (22), stay in the WG and will therefore also organize and perform the castings, as I want to sweeten the gray winter semester with three other life-loving people;).
I like sports (especially tennis, table tennis and football), music I listen to a lot of colorful things that you can never clearly assign, like watching Rick&Morty and have a passion for racing and acting besides all these things. Therefore, I also play theaters and, by the way, I study philosophy and as a minor subject...naja, I do not know exactly this myself (Germanistics, Psychology, Sociology...;D).
If you like to conduct deep conversations, play board games or enjoy a cooking partner, we will definitely get together.
It would be important to me that you are an open person who does not have to fleee into her/his room at the first foreign life sign, but if you prefer to rest in everyday life, that is of course absolutely no problem. I like honest communication at eye level and want to feel comfortable not only in my own cinnamon, but everywhere and, of course, this should be for everyone.
Update: Ich, Roman (22), bleibe in der WG und werde daher auch die Castings organisieren und durchführen, da ich Lust habe, mit drei anderen lebenslustigen Menschen mir das graue Wintersemester zu versüßen ;).
Ich treibe gerne Sport (v.a. Tennis, Tischtennis und ab und zu Fußball), Musik höre ich einiges buntes, was man nie klar zuordnen kann, schaue gerne Rick&Morty und habe neben all den Sachen noch eine Leidenschaft für Rennsport und Schauspiel. Hauptsächlich spiele ich daher auch Theater und nebenbei studiere ich Philosophie und als Nebenfach...naja, so richtig weiß ich das selbst nicht genau (Germanistik, Psychologie, Soziologie...;D).
Wenn du gerne deepe Gespräche führst, Brettspiele spielst oder dich über einen Kochpartner freust, kommen wir bestimmt gut miteinander aus.
Mir wäre wichtig, dass du ein offener Mensch bist, die/der nicht beim ersten fremden Lebenszeichen in ihr/sein Zimmer fliehen muss, aber wenn du im Unialltag eher deine Ruhe möchtest, ist das natürlich absolut kein Problem. Ich mag ehrliche Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und möchte mich nicht nur in meinem eigenen Zimmmer wohlfühlen, sondern überall und selbstverständlich soll das für alle sein.
