Das Zimmer ist 12m ² groß und wird voll möbliert vermietet (Bett mit Matratze, kleiner Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal,...) Es besitz ein großes Fenster durch das viel Tageslicht rein kommt. Die voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche stammt Geschirrspüler könnt ihr auch mit benutzen.
Das Zimmer liegt zentral in Eppelheim, direkt an der Straßenbahn Haltestelle Jakobsgasse. Mit der Straßenbahn benötigt man ca. 10 bis zum Bismarkplatz. Das Kaufland ist nur eine Haltestelle entfernt. Bäcker, Döner und Pizzeria sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG, welche aus einem Kommilitone von mir und einem weiteren Mitbewohner besteht, welcher normal arbeitet. Das Putzen von Küche und Bad wird jede Woche von einem anderen Mitbewohner erledigt, ihr währt also alle 3 Wochen an der Reihe
