Es hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Süden.
Außerdem ist bereits möbiliert (Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl).

I'm looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room.
It has two big windows facing south.
It is already furnished (bed, desk and chair).
Das Zimmer befindet sich in Handschusheim am Sportplatz
und nur eine Minute entfernt von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und Nextbike-Station.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10 Minuten bis zur Uni im Neunheimerfeld
und 20 Minuten bis in die Altstadt.
The room is located in Handschusheim at the sports field
and only one minute away from the nearest bus stop and Nextbike station.
It takes 10 minutes by bike to the university in Neunheimerfeld
and 20 minutes to the old town centre.
Du würdest mit Isabell, Sonali und Oliwia zusammenwohnen.
Isabell studiert Physik im zweiten Semester und ist immer dabei,
wenn du mal mit ihr backen möchtest.
Sonalie macht gerade ihren Doktor in Medizin. Ist sie einmal in der Küche,
dann riecht es richtig gut nach indischem Essen, das sie auch voll gerne teilt.
Und Oliwia ist anfang dieses Semester neu dazugezogen, fängt mit Physik im Master an und geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne Bouldern.
Bei uns wird sowohl deutsch als auch englisch geprochen, da Sonali aus Indien und Oliwia aus Polen kommt :)
You would be living with Isabell, Sonali and Oliwia.
Isabell is studying physics in her second semester and is always there,
when you want to bake with her.
Sonalie is currently doing her doctorate in medicine.
Once she's in the kitchen, it smells awsome.
And Oliwia moved in at the beginning of this semester, is starting her Master's degree in physics and enjoys bouldering in her free time.
We speak English, as Sonali is from India and Oliwia is from Poland :)
