Das Zimmer ist 22 m^2 groß und bietet sehr viel Platz für Möbel etc.... Ich würde gerne mein Bett (1,40 m) und den großen Kleiderschrank verkaufen. Der Flur ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für eine Garderobe. Die Küche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke, Esstisch und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wir besitzen ein Gäste-WC und ein Bad mit Badewannendusche und Waschbecken. Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradinnenhof.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Neuenheimer Feld und in 10 min in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Bahn Haltestelle Kappellenweg oder Blumenthalstraße ist nur 1 Minuten entfernt und ab dort fahren alle zehn Minuten Straßenbahnen in die Innenstadt. In der Nähe findet man auch einen Bäcker, Schreibwarenladen und eine Apotheke. Auch große Einkaufsläden sind nicht weit.
Wir sind eine gemischte 3er-WG. Ich studiere Biochemie M.Sc. im zweiten Semester. Die Anderen studieren Politikwissenschaften und Kunstgeschichte im Bachelor und Master. Da wir sehr viel Zeit in der Uni verbringen, sehen wir uns ab und zu in der Küche und plaudern ein wenig. Da einer meiner Mitbewohner auszieht, kommt jemand neues in die WG. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist aufgrund des Masters ein Jahr im Ausland und kommt dann wieder. Dadurch wird jemand anders zur Zwischenmiete in ihrem Zimmer leben.

The room is 22 qm big. I would like to sell my bed and the big closet. The room is in a shared apartment with 2 other very kind students. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. The apartment is close to the Neuenheimer Feld (5-10 minutes) and the Altstadt (10 minutes). There are plenty of grocery stores near by. If you are interested just contact me :)
