Biete eine großes, möbiliertes und ruhiges Zimmer in Handschuhsheim. Es ist Teil eines großen Hauses, das nur noch von mir bewohnt wird. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Man kann sich auch in der großen Wohnküche aufhalten oder im Fernsehraum entspannen. Ein Abstellraum für das Fahrrad sowie ein Speicher zum Wäschtrocknen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei Bedarf ist auch eine Terrasse nutzbar.
Wichtig ist mir ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit den Ressourcen allgemein, dies sollte selbstverständlich sein. Ansonsten besteht eine weitgehend freie und ungestörte Atmosphäre.
Bei Bedarf kann bestimmtes Möbilar ausgetauscht werden, z.B. ein Schreibtisch.
Das Haus liegt etwas verwinkelt in einer Seitengasse.
