Hallo! Ich suche noch ein(e) UntermieterIn (wichtig: StudentIn oder Azubi) für mein Zimmer im Collegium Academicum. Es handelt sich um einen frisch fertiggebauten Vollholzneubau in zentraler Lage (wenige Minuten zur Haltestelle Ortenauer Straße). Da das Wohnheim gemeinschaftlich organisiert ist, müsstest du brereit sein, dich an Gemeinschaftsaufgaben zu beteiligen. Die Miete beträgt 90€ pro Woche.
Meine Mitbewohner studieren Physik (Vincent), und Jura (Tim). Außerdem gibt es noch Cicek, der auch Physik studiert (hat). Besonders schön ist der Laubengang, der die WGs verbindet, bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen vor unserer WG chillen.

I am still looking for a subtenant for 2-3 weeks starting this sunday (important: student or trainee) for my room in the Collegium Academicum. It is a freshly finished all-wood new building in a central location (only a few minutes from the Ortenauer Straße tram stop). Since the residence is communally organised, you should be willing to participate in communal tasks. The rent is 86€ per week, 350/ month/ 680/ 2 months.
My flatmates study physics (Vincent), and law (Tim), and there is also Cicek who studied Physics as well. We like to sit together in the evenings and occasionally there are cluster meetings, where the people in a cluster (surrounding flat-shares) meet and cook together, for example. The arcade that connects the flatshares is particularly nice; when the weather is nice, you can chill outside in front of our flatshare.
Please make sure that your request fits my offer and explain it plausibly. Otherwise, i won't answer.
