The flat has a large kitchen (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and tons of kitchen utensils one would need), and living room area (huge sofa, desk, chairs and table) , as well as a bathroom and a laundry room, where a washing machine, detergents, toolkits and material such as pencils, paper, candles etc are stored.
You can put your bike or any other stuff securely into a locked room in the basement. We live on the first floor but if needs be there is a very modern elevator :-)
The room is free from August 15th but if you have to move in earlier we certainly could make that possible!
The rent is 400 Euro everything included, which is a price you will rarely find in a modern building in the Bahnstadt. The nicest thing in my opinion is the balcony in front of the room, where you could plant flowers, vegetables and put some nice decoration on. I was too lazy doing it 😂 but you might do something beautifully with the balcony!
I am going to leave all furniture, and since the kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully stocked, you wouldn't have to bring anything apart from personal items you couldn't miss 😊

This room is super centrally located in a new and modern building. It's not even two minute walk to Gadamerplatz where Edeka, Aldi, Dm, depot and a pharmacy are located, so it couldn't be more perfect if you forgot to get some late-night-snacks 😉
On Gadamerplatz there are also trains departing directly to central station, Bismarckplatz and University square. However, the central station itself is only 10 min walking distance from the flat, and you reach the old town in 15 min by bike.
You would share the flat with 3 more people, which are (international) students as well, which is also why we could offer you 4 different languages to communicate :-)
Ideally we are looking for a (international) student but we are open to anyone as long as you stick to a nice and harmonious living-together. We occasionally do activities together but of course there is enough space for yourself to study, work and relax.
What is more, there is also a rooftop terrace we share with the other tenants of the house but we are a really nice house community and oftentimes have drinks and BBQs on top of the terrace. It's a great bonding opportunity you really shouldn't miss especially during warm summer nights!
