Huge room is spacious with furniture, a view of nature through two giant windows in from of the desk to study/work in peace, direct rays from the sun lights up the room through out the day but if you don't like that you can use the curtains. The bed is a little broken in the image, but it will be replaced with a new one before you move in.
A bus stop is 5 mins away beside the conviently situated Netto where you can buy your groceries. SRH Heidelberg is also 20 mins by a bus which can be convenient. There's also a tram station 10 mins away and you can reach Kaufland in about 15 mins with the help of a tram or bus.
I (Kushal) am leaving the room, possible YOU will be replacing me. You will have two roommates. Shubham is studying Intelligence Business at SRH Uniersity and Rohit is studying Business Analytics also at SRH University.
Everyone is super friendly students and sometimes even we cook together. We like to just chat while any one of us is cooking. We manage and mutually schedule laundary, bathroom and kitchen time. We have a rule of cleaning bathroom and kitchen every weekend followed by cleaning after youself.
The contract (city registration possible) will start from 1st May. Early move-in is also possible. If you are interested feel free to reach out, we can even arrange an online meeting if offline is not possible.
