Das Zimmer liegt im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das zu einer WG umfunktioniert wurde. Es gibt pro Etage eine Wohnung mit jeweils 4 Zimmern, einer Küche, sowie zwei Badezimmern. Waschmaschinen sind auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Schlafcouch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) und hat einen Balkon. Es ist etwa 20m² groß.

The room is on the 1st floor of an apartment building that has been converted into a shared apartment. There is one apartment on each floor with 4 rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Washing machines are also available.
The room is furnished (sleeping-couch, closet, table, chair) and has a private balcony. It is around 20m² big.
Die WG liegt im Pfaffengrund hinter Kaufland im Industriegebiet in einer Sackgasse. Dadurch ist es, gerade an Wochenenden, sehr ruhig und unbefahren.
Der Kaufland ist ca. 500m entfernt. Direkt am Kaufland ist die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Marktstrasse". Von dort kommt man mit der Linie 22 in ca. 15 Minuten zum Zentrum von Heidelberg.
In entgegengesetzter Richtung (auch ca 5 Minuten entfernt) liegt die S-Bahn Haltestelle "Berufsschule". Dort kommt man in 4 Minuten zum HBF Heidelberg und in ca 20 Minuten zum HBF Mannheim.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten der SRH, da diese nur etwa 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt liegt!

The flat share is in Pfaffengrund behind Kaufland in the industrial area in a dead end. As a result, it is very quiet and uncrowded, especially on weekends.
The Kaufland is approx. 500m away. The tram stop "Marktstrasse" is right next to Kaufland. From there you can take line 22 to the center of Heidelberg in about 15 minutes.
In the opposite direction (also about 5 minutes away) is the S-Bahn stop "Berufsschule". There you can get to Heidelberg main station in 4 minutes and Mannheim main station in about 20 minutes.
The location is perfect for students of SRH, as it is only about 5 minutes away by bike!
Die ganze WG soll eine reine Studenten-WG werden. Internationale Studenten sind herzlichst willkommen und werden eine großartige und wohlfühlende WG-Atmosphäre vorfinden. Nicht nur die sehr günstige Lage zur SRH (in etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen) ist unschlagbar, sondern auch die zentrale Lage in Heidelberg. Ob zum Neuenheimer Feld im Norden oder nach Rohrbach in den Süden, überall kommt man in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad hin.

The whole flat share will become a pure student flat share. International students are very welcome and will find a great and comfortable shared flat atmosphere. Not only the very convenient location to the SRH (can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike) is unbeatable, but also the central location in Heidelberg. Whether to Neuenheimer Feld in the north or to Rohrbach in the south, you can get there in about 15 minutes by bike.
