Hi, I am subletting my room from 2024 Feb 18 to May 25.
It is a bright, furnished room (12 sqm) with laminate floors in a basement apartment.
The windows are of good quality, i.e. soundproof.
Thanks to the insulation, it stays nice and warm in winter and never gets too hot in summer.
The room door is, of course, lockable.
The furniture includes a desk, two chairs, a bookshelf, a container, a standing lamp, and a bed(140*220 cm) with a quilt and pillow. Unfortunately, I will have to leave some of my stuff in the room, which includes: a shelf, and a few bags which I will store below the bed. They will occupy a small space of around 3 square feet.
Share space:
The kitchen is fully equipped. The daylight bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine provided by the landlord) is used by all roommates. Fortunately, there is never a traffic jam :)
We have a private bike shed.

The nearest tram stop (3 minutes walk) and the S-Bahn Heidelberg Kirchheim/Rohrbach (8 minutes walk) are in the immediate vicinity, which is very convenient.
The bike paths to the city center and the whole area are great!
For shopping, there is a large REWE around the corner (2 minutes walk). Other shops (bakery, pharmacy, other supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, dm, etc.) are also nearby.
We are NOT a party flat :) Are quite well organized and attach great importance to CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE!!!
We have a house rule and cleaning schedule that everyone should follow.
Slippers should not be a foreign word for you. I usually walk barefoot in our WG. If you prefer to walk around in socks, all the better :D We like to live together peacefully and relaxed. Looking for someone who is considerate and open. We respect privacy and you are of course allowed to close your door whenever you feel like it.
Something about us:
Krystal (35) works in the administrative area at the University of Mannheim. She studied European Science for a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Translation Studies in Hong Kong. Her hobbies include yoga, pole dancing and gaming. If she's in an extra good mood, you can even catch her singing^^
Tzuyu (33), who is subletting this room, is studying South Asian Studies at the University of Heidelberg. In his free time, he enjoys climbing and hiking. In the past, he has worked as a guide in the Himalayan mountains. Cleaningness is very important to him.
Pascal (26), is studying law in his second semester. He likes gym sports especially weight and rock lifting. He is a quiet, reliable, and easygoing person.
Anaïs (24), works as a nutrition project manager at UKHD. She likes cooking, music, dancing salsa, and traveling. She speaks French and English. She is warm and friendly.
We are looking for someone who is environmentally conscious, i.e. someone who definitely understands something like waste separation; ensures the cleanliness of the apartment, respects roommates, and can pay attention to taking good care of the common space, room, and furniture as his/her own stuff.
We are looking for someone who can take over the room within the period between 2024.2.18 to 2024.5.25
The period is negotiable.
