Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres zweistöckigen Hauses und hat ca 12 qm.
Ich werde es komplett möbliert hinterlassen, mit ein großes Bett und einen Holzschreibtisch. Das Badezimmern und die Küche würdest du dir mit Vera teilen. Eine weitere Küche befindet sich im erste Geschoss.
Die Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten und inklusive Internet, Strom, Wasser und Heizkosten.

Die zwei Gehminuten entfernte S-Bahn Haltestelle bringt dich in weiteren zwei Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Straßenbahn und Fahrrad bringen dich in 15-20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Der Nachtbus hält direkt gegenüber der Haustür und bringt dich nach dem Feiern also sicher ins Bett. Supermärkte sind auch sehr nah, ca. 400m bis zum Lidl und 1km bis Aldi, Rewe und Dm. Feines regionales Obst gibts beim Gemüsebauern ums Eck. Und die freundliche Kioskbesitzerin gegenüber versorgt dich mit Snacks oder nem kühlen Pils.
The S-Bahn stop two minutes walk away will take you to the main train station in another two minutes. Streetcar and bicycle will take you to the old town in 15-20 minutes. The night bus stops directly opposite the front door and brings you safely to bed after partying. Supermarkets are also very close, about 400m to Lidl and 1km to Aldi, Rewe and Dm. Fine regional fruit is available at the vegetable farmer around the corner.

Es sind die allerbesten 8 MitbewohnerInnen, die man sich wünschen könnte:
Vera (Ethnologie und Germanistik) ist ein wahrer Süßmensch und wird wegen ihrer Boomerart gerne und oft verhohnepippelt, Nici (Übersetzungswissenschaft) liebt Playstation zocken und kommt aus der wunderschönen Insel Elba, Benja (berufstätig) ist der coolste krasseste Koch der Welt, Yidan (Biologie) ist die neuester Mitbewohnerin und ist reizend und immer glücklich, Isa (Physik) hat ein goldenes Herz und das schönste Lächeln auf Erden, Laura (berufstätig, Slavistik und Philosophie) besteht aus gebündelter Energie und ist eine Vitalitätsbombe und last but not least Johannes (Geschichte und Politik), er tanzt, singt, lacht zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jeder Aktivität (vor allem liebt er es, dabei 45 Minuten lang unter der Dusche zu verweilen).
Im Sommer sitzen wir entspannt zusammen in unserem Hof, der auch Sommer- und Grillpartys zulässt und zwischen ein bis acht Bierchen. Wir haben außerdem noch einen Keller, in dem immer unsere Partys stattfinden, für die kälteren Wintertage benutzen wir ihn aber auch als Wohnzimmer.
Es ist also eigentlich immer jemand da, mit dem du etwas unternehmen kannst, wenn du jedoch deine Ruhe haben möchtest, kannst du dich jederzeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen :)
Wir sind absolut alles andere als eine Zweck- Wg und suchen einen Menschen, der gut zu unserer Kleinfamilie passt.
Unfortunately I have to leave my flatmates for a few months! The eight people you will live with are all lovely, have a variety of different hobbies and are always available for whatever you need!
In the summer, we sit together relaxing in our backyard, which also allows for summer parties and barbecues, and between one to eight beers. We also have a basement where our parties always take place.
So there is always someone around to do something with, but if you want to have your peace and quiet you can always retreat to your room :)
