We are located in the residential area on the edge of Kirchheim, overlooking fields and the mountains around Heidelberg.
The S-Bahn station can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. Both direction Mannheim and Karlsruhe are very good connections.
You can also reach the motorway in about 5 minutes.
Bus lines 33 and 720 are within walking distance for 3 minutes and have often taken us to the old town. The tram 26 is also not too far away. It takes about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the city centre.
The supermarkets (Rewe, Nahkauf, Lidl, Aldi) are all within 10-15 minutes.

Wir wohnen schön gelegen im Wohngebiet am Rande von Kirchheim, mit Blick auf Felder und die Berge rund um Heidelberg.
Der S-Bahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Sowohl Richtung Mannheim, als auch Karlsruhe gibt es sehr gute Verbindungen.
Auch die Autobahn erreichst du in etwa 5 Minuten.
Die Buslinien 33 und 720 sind fußläufig 3 Minuten entfernt und haben uns abends schon oft sicher in die Altstadt gebracht. Auch die Straßenbahn 26 ist nicht all zu weit entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es knapp 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Die Supermärkte (Rewe, Nahkauf, Lidl, Aldi) befinden sich alle im Umkreis von 10-15 Laufminuten.

Since I am leaving Heidelberg and Germany for work, I have to leave my WG. I had a really good time together with many activities and great roommates.
Our WG consists of:
Jannis (24), who works as SAP Junior Consultant. In his spare time he plays football in the club, is always for a fun to have and is happy to celebrate.
Madeleine (21) makes its farmer. She also plays football in the club and is actually always open to everything.
And Lennart (23), who started his Master in Computer Engineering at the University of Heidelberg this summer and works in software development. He likes to watch football and is usually also inspiring for other things.

The WG is a mixed-colored pile and open to everything, whether student, azuub or professional.
Especially cozy cooking, TV or games evenings, old town visits, summer roof terrace evenings and joint holidays have shaped the previous WG experiences. At city festivals, concerts or festivals, we have not let ourselves be lumpen.
Of course, everyone has their free space and retreat to be able to shut down after a busy day. So, if you just need a bit of me-time, that's of course also respected.
The WG life, however, is very family and by no means a purpose-WG.

Da ich berufsbedingt Heidelberg und Deutschland verlassen werde, muss ich leider meine WG zurücklassen. Ich hatte eine wirklich gute gemeinsame Zeit mit vielen Aktivitäten und tollen Mitbewohnern.
Unsere WG besteht dann noch aus:
Jannis (24), der als SAP Junior Consultant arbeitet. In seiner Freizeit spielt er im Verein Fußball, ist immer für einen Spaß zu haben und geht auch gerne feiern.
Madeleine (21) macht ihren Betriebswirt. Auch sie spielt im Verein Fußball und ist eigentlich immer für alles offen.
Und Lennart (23), der diesen Sommer seinen Master in Computer Engineering an der Universität Heidelberg angefangen hat und nebenbei in der Softwareentwicklung arbeitet. Er schaut gerne Fußball und ist sonst meist auch für andere Dinge zu begeistern.

Die WG ist ein buntgemischter Haufen und für alles offen, egal ob Student/in, Azubi oder berufstätig.
Vor allem gemütliche Koch-, Fernseh- oder Spieleabende, Altstadtbesuche, sommerliche Dachterrassenabende und gemeinsame Urlaube haben die bisherigen WG-Erlebnisse geprägt. Bei Stadtfesten, Konzerten oder Festivals haben wir uns bisher auch nicht lumpen lassen.
Natürlich hat hier jeder auch seinen Freiraum und Rückzugsort, um nach einem stressigen Tag auch mal abschalten zu können. Wenn man also einfach mal ein bisschen Me-Time braucht, wird das natürlich auch respektiert.
Das WG-Leben ist jedoch sehr familiär und keinesfalls eine Zweck-WG.
