Hello :D as I do a dual study, and every 3 months I'm looking for an interchanger to the sub-rent, who would occupy the room every 3 months. A dual student is also best.
The periods would be:
10.06.2025 to 12.09.2025
15.12.2025 to 27.02.2025
25.05.2026 to 18.09.2026
07.12.2026 to 12.03.2027
14.06.2027 to 30.09.2027
The time periods do not have to match exactly.
The WG room is very close to the Kirchheim/Rohrbach station and a lot can be reached quickly. The room would be rented furnished.

The room has a bed: 1.40x2m, a large closet, a kitchen, further cabinets and a desk and a dining table.
The bathroom and the shower are shared with the roommates.

Das WG Zimmer ist sehr nah an dem Bahnhof Kirchheim/Rohrbach und vieles lässt sich schnell erreichen. Das Zimmer würde möbliert untervermietet werden.

Das Zimmer besitzt ein Bett: 1,40x2m, einen grossen Schrank, eine Küche, weitere Schränke und einen Schreibtisch und einen Esstisch.
Das Bad und die dusche wird mit den Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Kirchheim is a very quiet virtle. A supermarket and the Kirchheim/Rohrbach station are within a 5-minute walk. The room is directly above a diner snack.
Kirchheim ist ein sehr ruhiges Virtel. Ein Supermarkt und der Bahnhof Kirchheim/Rohrbach sind in 5min-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt über einem Döner Imbiss.
A young student who ideally does a dual course of study, but precisely time delays at my time, is being sought. In addition, the person should not smoke and speak German, and be quite decent.
Gesucht wird ein junger Student/Studentin, der/die im Idealfall ein Duales Studium macht, aber genau Zeitversetzt zu meinen Zeiträumen. Zudem sollte die Person nicht rauchen und Deutsch sprechen, und einigermaßen ordentlich sein.
