Nettes WG. Zimmer im Untergeschoss, eines Mehrfamilienhauses ( 4 Wohneinheiten ) im schönen Stadtteil Kirchheim. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 90 m2 groß , besteht aus 3 WG Zimmern , Bad , Küche , großem Flur .Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2 groß , verfügt über ein großes Fenster, ist weiß gestrichen und teilmöbliert. Ein Kleiderschrank ist enthalten . Die WG besteht zur Zeit aus zwei netten jungen Männern die sich über einen neuen Mitbewohner sehr freuen.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Heidelberger Wohngegend am Feldrand, ideal für Sportfans oder auch für gemütliche Spaziergänge. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf wie Lidl, Aldi,Rewe,DM sind in der Nähe und schnell erreichbar. Die Verbindung in Richtung Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut. Die S- Bahn ist zu Fuß ca. 6 Min. entfernt sowie auch die Bushaltestelle. Die Straßenbahn ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Min. entfernt.
Es wird noch ein netter Mitbewohner ,bitte nur Nichtraucher, gesucht. Es handelt sich um eine Männer WG. Im Haus gibt es Kabelfernsehen und Internetzugang. Fahrrad Abstellplatz ist vor dem Haus.
Bitte bei Interesse die Anfragen per Mail senden. Eine Mindest Mietzeit von 12 Monate wird vorausgesetzt.
