Das Zimmer hat eine Große Fenster mit Gardinen und eine schöne Ausblick.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Bei bedarf steht eine Schlafcouch/SofaBett + Arbeits Tisch mit Stuhl + Kleider Stand zur verfügung.
Internet Anschluss ist in der Wohnung verfügbar.

Die Küche ist groß, von feinsten gefliest und sieht sehr schön.
Es hat eine nue Einbauküche inkl. Elektrogeräte eingerichtet mit eine großen Esstisch das mitbenutzt werden kann.
Badzimmer
Schone Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken, alles von feinsten gefliest.
Waschraum
Zur Wohnung gehört eine Waschraum mit genug Platz Wäsche zu aufhängen.

The room area is 14 sqm and the apartment area is approx. 70 sqm from which 25 sqm is for shared usage.
The room gets direct sunlight, has a big window with blinds and a curtain. It opens into the house yard which is extremely quite.
The room is unfurnished. However, a Sofa-bed + Table with Chair + A Stand for hanging clothes can be made available on request.
Kitchen:
We have a big kitchen with a tiled floor and kitchen wall on the stove side.
It has a newly installed built-in kitchen with respective electronic devices.
The kitchen also has a big dining table which is for common use.
Bathroom / Toilet:
A fully tiled bathroom contains a bath, toilet and a washbasin, all well made.
Washroom:
The apartment has a wash room in the cellar which contains our new washing machine.
The room has a big space to dry washed clothes. In summer, you can also use the garden for this.
Cellar:
The apartment has a cellar for common use.

The house has a very nice and well separated cycle parking space for common use.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im Herzen von Heidelberg Kircheim mit einem großen Garten. Der Garten stehst zur Mitbenutzung.

Die Straßenbahn Nummer 26 (Rathaus Kircheim) ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, nah&gut) sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zur Innenstadt (Bismarkplatz) sind es ebenfalls 15min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Außerdem hat man auch alles andere was man so braucht nahe dran wie zum Beispiel ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke, ein Friseur, eine Post, Bank etc.

The apartment has been recently renovated/painted and lies in the heart of Heidelberg Kircheim. The house has a big and well maintained garden for common use.
The apartment is in the 2nd floor of the house.
The tram no. 23 can be reached in 3 minutes on foot (station name: Kircheim Rathaus).
Bus stops can also be reached in 3 minutes on both sides of the house.
Multiple super markets (Aldi, Lidl, nah&gut) are located at about 2-3 minutes on foot from the apartment.
The Heidelberg Kircheim/Rohbach Train station is about 10 minutes on foot.
City center (Bismarkplatz) or the Hauptbahnhof is about 15 min away on a cycle.
This apart, there are multiple purchase possibilities for domestic-use products like a bakery, a medical store, a barber, a post office, banks etc close to the apartment.

The selection for WG-tenants is underway. We are looking for someone who is a trustworthy and easy going person who is relatively quite, open to other cultures and most importantly maintains cleanliness in his/her room and the common areas.
Smoking and pets are not allowed, we request your understanding on this.
