Durch je nach Einrichtung und Dachschräge wirkt das Zimmer um einges Größer
als seine ca. 14 m^2.
Im Zimmer ist eine Kochnische und Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank verbaut und
durch regale lässt sich alles was zum Leben nötig ist auserhalb des Blickfeldes verstauen.
Küche und Dusche teilts du dir mit deinen Mitbewohnern auf dem Geschoss.

The long Room has high walls and about 14 m^2 but is still quite roomy and feels larger than
it is due to the roof. The room is unfurnished.
The Room includes a small cooking area and washbasin as well as mirror.
There also is a shared kitchen and showers for people of your floor.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in Heidelberg Kirchheim nur zwei geh Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Kirchheim
Rohrbach entfernt und befindet sich in einem zwei Stöckigen Haus in dessen Zimmern neben dir
auch viele andere Studenten leben.
In 5 Minuten sind Supermärkte erreichbar und in ca. 20 Fahrrad Minuten ist man am Bismarckplatz.
Ins Neuheimer Feld sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 25 Minuten.

The room is located in Heidelberg Kirchheim only two walking minutes from the Trainstation Rohrbach/Kirchheim
and is inside a two storey house rented out fully to students.
Supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and the city center is only 20 minutes away by bike.
Im Haus wohnen insgesamt zusammen gewürfelt ca. 15 Studierende.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine Verbindung sondern gleicht einem Privaten Studierenden Wohnheim.
Hier kannst du dich zurück ziehen und deine Ruhe haben, aber auch mit den anderen
Hausbewohnern in der seperaten Gemeinschaftsküche kochen und/oder im kleinen Garten grillen.

Currently about 15 students live in the house, which resembles a privately owned student accommodation.
Here you can keep to yourself and have your peace and quit but also cook in the separate common kitchen, barbecue in the small garden
or drink a beer with the other people living in the building. However you prefer.
Die Vermieterin vermietet das Haus als privates Studentenwohnheim und möchte deswegen
nur an Student der Universität Heidelberg vermieten.
Aufgrund der derzeitigen Covid-19 Situation finden Besichtigungen nur mit medizinischem Mund-Nasen-Schutz
oder virtuell statt.
Besichtigungen werde ich zwischen dem 15.04.2021 und 30.04.2021 planen.
