In unserer 3er-WG wird zum 16.5.2021 ein Zimmer frei!
Das ca. 12 qm große Zimmer ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist 81 qm groß, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Küchentisch, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, etc. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet (hoher Wasserdruck!). Außerdem haben wir ein kleines Wohnzimmer, das wir gemeinsam nutzen können, derzeit ist es mit einem E-Klavier und einem Sofa ausgestattet. Ein Autoparkplatz ist mietbar, außerdem gibt es einen regensicheren Fahrradunterstellplatz. Das Zimmer wurde vor etwa einem Jahr gestrichen. Das Zimmer wird UNMÖBLIERT vermietet, aber wir haben im Keller noch ein Bett liegen, falls das benötigt wird.
Das WLAN Signal reicht bis zur letzten Ecke des Zimmers, wir nutzen eine Unitymedia 50MBit Verbindung (Kabel).
Im Keller gibt es außerdem genügend Abstellplatz, falls die 12qm nicht für all deinen Kram reichen.
Die Lage ist ideal für Studenten der Universität Heidelberg oder für Mitarbeiter der SAP in Walldorf. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Rohrbach/Kirchheim ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (190 m).
Das Haus, in dem wir wohnen, ist ein Drei-Parteien-Haus in einer ruhig gelegenen Nebenstraße. Das Zimmer selbst ist Richtung Hinterhof gewandt.
Mit der S-Bahn erreicht man Walldorf in 7, Karlsruhe in 35, Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof in 4 und Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof in 15 Fahrminuten. Die Straßenbahn- bzw. Bushaltestellen sind 100 und 200 m entfernt. Zum Heidelberger Hbf benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten. Ich empfehle allerdings ein Fahrrad zu nutzen, damit ist man genauso schnell und ohnehin flexibler.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden, DM, Bäcker, Eisdielen, Dönerladen, Cafes um die Ecke.
Wir beide sind bereits berufstätig, aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation auch beide im Home-Office (Ist hier ganz unproblematisch, da wie gesagt ruhige Gegend und gutes Internet ;)). Auch sonst trifft man sich vor Allem in der Küche, auch häufig zum gemeinsamen Kochen.
Gesucht ist jemand, der vorzugsweise bereits WG-Erfahrung mitbringt. Ob Student oder berufstätig spielt dabei keine Rolle. Wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG, Haustiere besitzt keiner. Wir gehen auch gern mal feiern, sofern das gesetzlich wieder erlaubt ist. Eric verbringt seine Freizeit gerne in der Natur, ich hingegen am liebsten auf dem Beachplatz. Schreib uns doch kurz, wofür du dich in deinem Leben so begeistern kannst!
Ich bin der Hauptmieter, das Zimmer ist unbefristet zur Untermiete ausgeschrieben. Bitte kontaktiert mich nur über wg-gesucht-nachricht.
Wir werden euch dann einladen (auch Online-Gespräch möglich), sodass ihr euch das Zimmer anschauen könnt und wir ein wenig schwätzen, obs auch sonst passt. Beim Umzug packen wir gern mit an!

In our 3-person shared flat we'll have 1 room available from 16th of may!
The approximately 12 square meter room is bright and has a large window. The apartment is 81 square meters in total, has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kitchen table, refrigerator, dishes, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (high water pressure!). We also have a small living room that we can share, currently it is equipped with an electric piano and a sofa. A car parking space can be rented, and there is also a rainproof bicycle parking space. The room was painted about a year ago. There will be NO FURNITURE, but we have a bed leftover in the basement if you need it.
The WiFi signal extends to the last corner of the room, we use a Unitymedia 50MBit connection (cable).
There is also enough parking space in the basement if the 12sqm is not enough for all your stuff.
The location is ideal for students at Heidelberg University or for SAP employees in Walldorf. The Rohrbach / Kirchheim S-Bahn station is nearby (190 m).
The house we live in is a three-party house on a quiet side street. The room itself faces the back yard.
The S-Bahn takes you to Walldorf in 7, Karlsruhe in 35, Heidelberg Central Station in 4 and Mannheim Central Station in 15 minutes. The tram and bus stops are 100 and 200 meters away. It takes about 10 minutes to Heidelberg Central Station. However, I recommend using a bike, so you are just as quick and flexible anyway.
There are shops, DM, bakeries, ice cream parlors, kebab shops, cafes around the corner.
The two of us are already working, but we are still students by heart. We often share the kitchen, occasionally cook together. Otherwise we are also very communicative and like to chat longer.
We are looking for someone who preferably already has shared flat experience. It doesn't matter whether you are a student or working. We are a non-smoking flat share, no pets. We also like to go out and celebrate, if this is legally permitted again. Eric likes to spend his free time in nature, but I prefer to spend time on the beachvolleyball court.
