I am sub-renting my room for one month while I will be away. Looking for someone who will take care of my plants as well. There are 6 plants in the room, and they require water once a week. And someone who has the motivation for keeping the place clean and tidy. It is a two-room UG flat. Your future neighbour is a BA student, studying Asian Studies and very friendly and welcoming. German is his mother tongue but he speaks fluent English and learns Japanese. There is a back door from the room which goes to nature. A working table is next to the back door. You can keep it open or just step out. You are in fresh countryside. Lots of sunshine comes to my room. And yet you are only 14 minutes away from the city center. The tram station is just next door. The flat has one kitchen and two toilets and one bathroom. The small toilet is specifically used by your future neighbor but, in an emergency, you can also use it. The rent is 207 euros a month. The Internet is not included. Possibly with 20 Euros for the internet, you could have the internet, from my neighbour. But you have to ask him. I would also expect that the person will not make any changes to the room's order and that my things will stay as they are. Partying is maybe only possible in the kitchen, but not in the room. You can only rent this room if you are enrolled with any university or college in Germany. And you have to fill out a form provided by the owner of this flat, which is the Studentenwerk Heidelberg. Questions? Just ask me. I do not bite.
