Hello! If you are looking for a nice & cosy apartment room, good location, near tram & bus stop, near grocery shops and awesome roommates :) This is the best option for you. I want to find a person for 6 months only for sublet while i am abroad for field research. Therefore you need to make sure that you will live this WG for 6 month. My roommates expect that their roommate is clean, social, nice, responsable and respectful.
-We keep our apartment really clean & neat (We follow a cleaning schedule)
-We share a kitchen, small living room and a bathroom
- We separate our apartment bills/ expenses into 3 parts like Gas, Internet, ARD and cleaning supplies.
The room:
-The room comes already furnish, so if you are interested in this apartment you will have to pay for the deposit for all the existing furniture. (When it comes back with the same condition after 6 month, you will get your deposit back)
It includes: a bed, table, two chairs, two closets, two drawers, washing machine, and 2 more furnitures ( You can see it in the pictures.) +key deposit Total cost: €650
