Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, die Sonne scheint fast den ganzen Tag ins Fenster, was im Winter sehr toll ist, im Sommer lässt es sich dennoch sehr gut aushalten, da ein Balkon etwas abschattet.
Außerdem bietet es genügend Staurau und schöne hohe Decken.
Es ist frisch gestrichen.
Bus zum Neuenheimer Feld in 5min erreichbar,
Straßenbahn zum Bismarckplatz etwa 8min zu Fuß.
Aldi, Lidl und Nahkauf ebenfalls in etwa 8min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sportplatz (Calistenics) 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
Man ist gut angebunden trotzdem lässt es sich im örtlichen Kirchheim sehr gut zur Ruhe kommen, man wird durch Lärm von Autos oder Ähnlichem gestört.
Alex, Julia und Soraya sind alle echt nett.
Kleine Komplikation konnten immer auf Ansprache ohne Stress geklärt werden.
Ich ziehe aus, da ich ein Platz im Wohnheim bekommen habe :)
