Very small but bright and beautiful, renovated room in the 1st OG with balcony and view to the garden, hook for hammock is window and laminate floor. WThe room is very small, (ca 3x3 m plus approx. 3x1.5 m own balcony, which together gives about the 11 m2 plus the common areas of course) but has high ceilings so that you can place a workstation well with a high bed. Two shower baths of five and large fully furnished (incl. dishwasher) kitchen with sitting area sink and really all that belongs to it. A shared bathroom is located in the OG and another one with shower and WC on the ground floor next to the kitchen community is also the motto, not for the purpose community but garden,- living and cooking and.... So don't be a Zweck-WG.
A cellar and small garden as well as a courtyard for the bicycles complete the offer.

Sehr kleines , aber helles und schönes, renoviertes Zimmer im 1. OG mit Balkon und Blick zum Garten, Haken für Hängematte Isofenster und Laminatboden. WDas Zimmer ist sehr klein, (ca 3x3 m plus ca. 3x1,5 m eigener Balkon , was zusammen ca die 11 m2 ergibt, zuzüglich der gemeinsamen Flächen natürlich) hat aber hohe Decken so dass man mit einem Hochbett gut einen Arbeitsplatz darunterstellen kann. Zwei Duschbäder zu fünft und große voll eingerichtete (inkl. Spülmaschine) Küche mit Sitzecke Spüle und wirklich allem was dazu gehört. Ein Gemeinschaftsbad befindet sich im OG und ein weiteres jeweils mit Dusche und WC im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche Gemeinschaft ist auch das Motto, dabei nicht Zweckgemeinschaft sondern Garten,- Wohn- und Koch und. ….. Gemeinschaft. Also keineZweck-WG.
Ein Waschkeller und kleiner Garten sowie Hof für die Fahrräder runden das Angebot ab.

Centrally located in Heidelberg Kirchheim with really very good transport connections with nearby Aldi/Lidl banks, doctors, organic farmers, bistros and bakers.
Bus and train around the corner, nature (fields and recreation) close to jogging and walking, bioshops right around the corner. Döner and Pizza opposite. Parking directly in the surroundings. A good combination between city proximity and direct connection to nature.
