Es handelt sich um eine Masionette-Wohnung. Das obere Stockwerk hat ein Schlafzimmer und einen großzügigen Flur in den die Treppe führt. Wir nutzen diesen auch als Zimmer. Es ist perfekt für Paare geeignet da man viel Platz und Privatsphäre hat. Durch Dachschrägen ist das Zimmer eigentlich noch größer als man erwartet. Man hat oben auch einen sehr großen Abstellraum. Das größte Plus ist
wahrscheinlich das eigene Bad. Es ist sehr geräumig mit eigener Dusche.
It is a duplex apartment. The upper floor has one bedroom and one spacious hallway into which the stairs lead. We use
this also as a room. It's perfect for couples because you have a lot of space and privacy. Due to slanted ceilings, the room is actually still bigger than expected. You have one upstairs two very large storage room. The biggest plus is probably your own bathroom. It's very spacious with private shower.
Die WG liegt nah zur nächsten Bahnstation(Straßenbahn und S-Bahn) und man ist super angebunden. Man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt, zur Uni oder auf die Autobahn. Auch verschiedene Supermärkte sind mit 5-10 min Fußweg gut zu erreichen. Generell ist es eine ruhige Gegend. An der nächsten Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Park.
The flat is near a tram station that goes directly to the town centre, and also the Kirchheim/Rohrbach train station is 3 mins away. There are different supermarket in the area 5-10 mins walk. And a little park on the corner of the street.
Die WG ist eigentlich sehr ruhig aber auch aktiv und lebhaft, da es sich vor allem um Leistungssportler handelt.
